The BE-FIT Montijo gym gives all members 2000 m2 of usable space for their workouts.
The gym is divided into several areas:

  • Express Classes Area;
  • Cardio Area;

  • Weight Training and Free Weights Area;
  • Stretching and Abs Area;
  • Functional Training Area.

The BE-FIT Montijo gym also has:
